This porcelain tripod bowl is dramatic, one-of-a-kind, and perfect as a centerpiece or for serving. Thrown and altered, this piece is uniquely finished with wild iron inclusions foraged by the artist with a reactive cobalt matte surface and a traditional shino glazed lining.
Every firing produces unique color variations ranging from algae greens, pale blues, golden speckles, and brilliantly deep cobalt blues. High-fired in gas reduction, each is lined with a traditional shino glaze, is fully vitrified. It has been high-fired in gas reduction to ^11, is fully vitrified and food safe.
Sizing is approximately 9"h x 13"dia.
