While many items on Wescover are made-to-order or customizable, you’ll always get the best price from the Creator on Wescover. If you discover the same item being sold by the Creator elsewhere, we'll match the price.

In the event you receive an item that is significantly different than described or does not arrive on time, we’ll work with you and the Creator to make it right.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please check their policy and notify the Creator. The policy is accessible in the item page, under the returns section, or when selecting the "Return Policy" link at the bottom of the purchase confirmation email.

Keep your conversations and transactions on Wescover. Your purchase is eligible for buyer protection if: 

• All conversations with the creator take place via your Wescover inbox 
• The order was placed and paid for on Wescover through our secure checkout. 

• You confirmed delivery details (lead times, shipping methods, and other policies) with the Creator prior to placing the order

• You reported the issue within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (or promised delivery date(s))
