Thrown and altered bowls are unique, stackable, and display the beautiful organic surfaces Lisa is known for. Created from porcelaneous stoneware with a pure porcelain & foraged wild iron engobe finished with a reactive cobalt matte glaze. Each piece is lined in a traditional shino glaze. Colors vary with every unique piece with brilliant cobalt to soft algae greens with golden flecks and molten iron.
These beautiful pieces are high-fired to ^11 in a reduction kiln, are fully vitrified and food safe. Indicated sizing is approximate as each piece is one-of-a-kind with slight form and size variations. If ordering multiple pieces they will all be created and fired as a collection and curated by the artist especially for you.
