The artist developed this unique technique over many years. The canvas is prepared with glazes and splattering to remove underlying layers of paint for a detailed textured appearance. The red branches are partly painted and partly sprayed allowing a controlled dripping to enhance the feeling of natural spontaneous elements. A matching branch painting was installed on the artist’s faux finished wall behind that glowed and sparkled with gold flecks as the viewer moved about the room.
