Layers and layers of round natural poplar, brass details and a Danish pleated shade. I love the variations in the wood and choose piece for a balanced stack of sandy color. This is the tallest of the Ziggy Lamps. The base is 14" high and the overall height is 27". Choose from a linen drum shade (harp) or a white pleated shade. (clip on). The switch is on the brass socket.

Trained as an industrial designer—with years designing for industry powerhouses like West Elm and David Weeks—Amy's work is the result of an intentional spontaneity that allows the concepts and processes of each piece to inform the final product. Each piece starts with a sketch, followed by a 3D model, glaze trials, technical drawings and, of course, numerous failed attempts.
After years of working exclusively in clay, Perch Objects has recently begun revisiting other materials — namely brass, concrete and wood — embracing a more experimental approach to the process.
