I saturate paper in large containers of dye to create organic forms I call watermarks.
I received my undergraduate degree from Denison University and my MFA in Graphic Design from Vermont College of Fine Arts. With my watermarks, I have found a way to create unusual forms with both water and color, by saturating paper in containers of dyed water. I love the fluidity and unpredictability of my process which continues to inspire me. My work is in private collections in the US and abroad. I am represented by Libby Silvia Artstyle in the Boston area and by Kristen Coates in Rhode Island.
