This table was a custom project that took almost 2 years to complete. The client hired me to make this table 2 years prior to completing construction on their new home. Project delays had me storing the live edge walnut pieces until they were ready. The actual construction only took a month to complete–well worth the wait. Epoxy resin was used to square off the edges and fill in some natural voids. It was set into the counter top and supported with a custom made stainless steel leg. A beautiful addition to their new home.

Each piece is one of a kind and individually hand made to your exact specifications. You can have it match the sample piece shown or customize it to perfectly fit your space. Customizing options include – size, material choices, design modifications, colors, finishing options along with anything else that would make this piece exclusively yours. With all customizations, I always provide a rendering that shows all the project details along with an illustration of what the final product will look like. The reclaimed wood I use comes with its own individual story. You can see it in the grain of the wood, the natural aging of old growth timber and all the markings of where and what it used to be. By transforming these reclaimed pieces into something new, we can preserve a bit of the past well into the future. Beyond the aesthetic, I prioritize the use of these reclaimed materials as one way to balance my personal impact on the planet.
