The kitchen cabinetry system Trapezio is the abstract decomposition of a materic block of stone. A design research that investigates geometric shapes, where trapezoidal elements, different from each other, ideally recompose the original block, approaching and never joining. This generates a space that becomes sign, in a particular play of full and empty.

Each element has a containing function and is dedicated to embrace every needs of living. The blocks can be freely combined, creating infinite compositions.

The latter is in fact conceived as a "self-seeking soul in every detail of light and shade to reach the delicate balance that makes it independent of those who created it, lives it or will live it."
