A handmade, original eight colour screenprint on finest quality Fabriano Rosapina 100% cotton paper (285gsm).
(lovely and thick off white Italian printmaking paper with a slight texture. Deckles to some edges)
Numbered, signed, titled and dated in pencil at the bottom . Edition of 30 . Sold Unframed

The inspiration for much of my work comes from my immediate environment and the rural landscape. Living in the countryside has a big influence on my work. The inspiration for this piece comes from the harder landscape; stone pathways, large Yorkshire stone slabs which are difficult to miss living here! I love to note unusual shapes, patterns and colours as I go about my day.
All my prints are created entirely by hand, from the initial drawings, mixing of the inks, to the actual pulling of the ink across the silk screen onto finest quality paper. Every edition is very small, so you are buying something unique and of the highest quality, lasting a lifetime. This is different to 'Limited edition giclee' prints which are reproductions (inkjet prints from a computer) and not originals.
