This listing is for functional ceramic match strikers. These tiny match strikers are so adorable in person and add a touch of handmade charm to any space. Each one is slightly different and no two are exactly alike. They are hand thrown on the wheel and grooves are added for easy striking. Strike anywhere matches are highly recommended for use with this product - they are not included as we like our packages to arrive in the absence of flames. Strike anywhere matches can be found at most grocery and hardware stores.
This piece is fired at 1888 F, glazed by hand and fired again to 2160 F. This product is glazed with a white glaze called linen on the inside of the holder container.
