This might be the pinnacle of my artistic endeavors to this point. Using over 10,000 dowel pieces, over 60 unique custom colors, and 3 months of labor, this is a thoroughly unique piece of art, a real center piece for any space in which you'd like to bring nature inside your walls.
It features an aromatic cedar frame which adds another dimension to this highly intricate piece. It is meant to bring the outdoors in with the fresh scent of forest wood.
This is based off a John S. Chao photograph of a pool in The Carbon River Rainforest in Mount Rainier National Park.
This piece will NOT be recreated. It is a one of a kind piece that was commissioned by a client.
