CONTEMPORARY MINIMAL TEXTILE Wall Art

I'm Lidija Jerant, a humble artist based in the heart of Leslieville, Toronto. My creative journey began with simple macrame friendship bracelets in my childhood days, sparking a love for handmade crafts. Rediscovering the art of macrame, especially in the form of wall hangings, led me to experiment and share my creations with the world.

Weaving found its way into my heart through vintage pieces that resonated deeply with me. In my intimate home studio, I blend new and vintage materials, exploring the nuances of texture and design. Teaching has become a heartfelt endeavour, where I share my passion through workshops, covering everything from macrame and loom weaving to basket weaving.

Apart from teaching, I pour my heart into crafting large modern minimalist textile art pieces. Each creation embodies my artistic intuition and expression. You can find these pieces on my website, Etsy, and Wescover. I also embrace commissioned work, inviting you to be a part of my artistic journey.
Thank you for considering Indie Boho Studio; your support means the world to me.
