In this renovated art deco style building there was a chandelier needed in the main stairway wheres some original details left like stairs. An original chandelier was classic style so decided to use part of classic chandeliers shape - the bottom - and transform it into modern one. The material was also picked conceptually - electrical wires and highlighted bulbs as a reminder of an original purpose of the building - telegraph building.
