The Nest Egg hanging chair swing seat is inspired from the organic forms in birds' nests and has a natural egg shape. The chair has been designed to be extremely comfortable and has a cozy cocoon-like feel. It will embrace your body with its nest-like form.
The Nest Egg now comes with legs / base as an option that does not need to be suspended.
They are ideal for inside or outside use and look gorgeous on a deck, patio, hanging from a branch of a tree or anywhere indoors.
Each one is made by hand. The core frame is standard to ensure consistency in shape and comfort. Due to the variance of craftsmanship going into each chair, every piece has individualism and uniqueness in some of the pattern detailing.
Stainless Steel recommended for humid, salty, high moisture, coastal regions – on request and at an additional charge
Hanging mechanisms are supplied in standard lengths, ready for installation.

A variety of stands are available to choose from. A favorite is the half circle stand when needing a permanent fixed option. It is beautiful and has a gorgeous graphic feel. This version has a rectangular base plate that can be secured to the surface / concrete foundation.
- it can be recessed and covered with grass, tiles, wood, pebbles - so not visible
- nothing to trip over
- gives the striking impression that the half circle tube is coming straight out of the ‘ground’
- a moveable option with circular base plate is available
- for ease of transport it can be made in parts and also to be able to make the crate size as small as possible for cost effective purposes with freight costs
