In order to push the narrative I usually don't concern mysel with scale relationships within the sculpture. In that respect they become a little surreal.

Jeff has had a successful sculpture career for over 25 years; he is also an accomplished airbrush artist and woodworker. He is best known for his architectural brick figure series. Jeff received his BFA Cum lauda in 1984 from The Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore MD and is the recipient of the James L. Young Memorial Prize for excellence.
Jeff worked for eleven years with Frederick Hart one the 20th century’s premier figure sculptors where he honed his figurative skills. After Harts passing in 1999 Jeff continued to realize Mr. Harts final works until 2007 working for the Hart estate.
Jeff has received numerous museum sculpture awards including three people’s choice awards. His ceramic and bronze sculpture has been exhibited nationally and internationally and his hundreds of architectural sculptures adorn government buildings, churches and estates in and around the Washington D.C. area, as well as the east coast, including the Washington National Cathedral, and the US Capitol building, Washington DC.
