This post features more than one mosaic window. These are not leaded glass windows, but glass-on-glass mosaic with grout instead of lead. They can be done directly onto a window (ideally a window yet to be installed) or onto a pane that is then fitted over an existing window, or made in a frame to be hung in front of an existing window. There are other architectural applications such as transoms, privacy screens, garden art, signage, cabinet glass and other decorative elements. Glass on glass mosaic is versatile and visually striking. The glass can be translucent so you can see through it, or opaque; where light can shine through, but the view is completely obscured (great for massage studios, doctors offices and bathroom windows.)
