This beautiful Slat Back Bench is made from variegated Black Walnut and shows amazing colors and grain patterns. An original Miikana design, the bench has clean lines and small details everywhere that you really need to see. The slat back is curved to hold two people comfortably and the slats are matched from the same board to ensure consistent, brilliant colors. As you can see in the pictures, these colors light-up in the sun! The seat is carefully shaped yielding not only comfort but dramatic relief details. This 4’ bench is made using advanced joinery techniques - there are only 2 screws in the entire piece - so you can be confident that this piece will last a generation. You will not find another piece of furniture like this - own this one-of-a-kind, museum quality piece.
