This piece is one single oval attached to a smooth white panel board. Available in magenta now.

The single oval gives a focus piece and come in many different colors. No two pieces are alike because no cluster is the same. It comes in a few sizes. If you are interested in a larger size because of the weight I am able to do something similar, so please don’t hesitate to contact me.

My Ball Art is made of wooden balls with a mix of acrylic and enamel spray paint, it uses extremely durable wood glue. Larger pieces are attached using dowels as well. The cluster is finished with 1-2 coats of resin or varnish and some pieces are attached to a white smooth finished canvas panel.

“A Piece for Every Purpose”

My creative art experience began at the age of ten when I did face painting for my little sister’s birthday party. From that point on, most everything in my life was art. During high school, I became ill with mononucleosis. Homebound for more than a week, I began to follow some drawing classes on television. As I found myself enjoying the television classes, I began enrolling in some art classes in high school. This was followed by a major in Art at Syracuse University. Utilizing the creative side of my brain, I’ve done work in fashion and the culinary arts. But, nothing has been more satisfying than the visual arts.

My first real collections finally stemmed at age 40, first with my pop portraits, mixed media and then onto my Wall Sculptures.

My wall sculptures are my primary focus and made to order. I do have my own studio suite with a small gallery space. I recently started working with a gallery in Dallas. I absolutely am in love with creating my wooden ball wall sculptures. I love my mixed media and had fun spending time with that. When I got an idea to grab some wooden balls in the art store, I never knew it would turn into this unbelievably unique style. I absolutely love this collection, and I have so much fun with it.

It reminds me of the story about the woman who approached Picasso in a restaurant and asked him to scribble something on a napkin. She said she would be happy to pay whatever he felt it was worth. Picasso complied and said

"That will be $10,000”. The astonished woman replied, “But you did that in thirty seconds”. “No”, Picasso replied. "It has taken me forty years to do that." That’s exactly how I feel about this wall sculpture collection.
