Corn is one of the fundamental pillars of Mexico's identity and culture. Its nutritional benefits in the diet of millions of people who live in this country are enhanced by the versatility of this ingredient. But the wonders of corn are not only limited to this matter.
The creativity that this seed inspires in artists has materialized in careful works that praise its properties.
In this work, the artist chose to capture corn as a symbol of Mexico in the shape of the Sun, because Mexico is the land of the Sun. With the various colors of corn, Mexico paints itself.
This painting participated in a national competition in Mexico.

This original painting is made on paper, which means that it can be easily framed !
