This handwoven sculptural wall hanging is unlike anything else. Using cotton and raffia as the main materials, this tapestry has an earthy, organic feel that captures the viewers attention through it's incredible contrast in texture. Delicate gold thread is woven throughout, bringing a balance between what is earthly and what is heavenly.

This artwork is available for purchase and ready for shipment. Since most of my work is commissioned, it's rare that I have a piece this size in stock without a 6-9 month waiting period for custom work.
Please message me with any questions.

Transforming meaning and memory into texture and color.

Using raw materials such as wool and cotton, I make sculptural wall hangings, woven together by hand. Located in the beautiful state of Utah, my work often reflects abstract landscapes, inspired by the textures and colors of the earth, water, and sky.

My work has so much more to do with creating something aesthetic for people’s homes: it’s about evoking emotions that connect us more deeply to ourselves, to each other, and to that deeper something that holds the essence and meaning of existence. My work is meant to connect and expand people in a way that brings meaning, purpose, and joy to the viewer. My intention as an artist is to create both a visual, tactile, and emotional experience for the viewer by intricately weaving meaning and memory into texture and color.

Even the rawest materials such as raffia or wool can be meticulously and gently twisted and formed with compassion into something stunningly beautiful as a whole. My work is deeply influenced by a desire to inspire others to be fiercely authentic, vulnerable, and most of all, human, while we all learn to accept, love, and celebrate who we are.
