This two-story tall sculpture was designed by Amuneal to connect two floors of the client’s Chicago flagship. Suspended from the ceiling and penetrating the floor below, the sculpture comes to rest on a dynamic 10’ diameter oak and brass shoe fixture. The sculpture, measuring roughly 30’ tall was constructed with a complex geometric framework that helps to draw your eye over the full piece. In the end, and as the designer envisioned, the sculpture appears light, airy and serves as a beacon in the space.
