Seçil is a London based contemporary artist. She was born in Istanbul She completed her bachelor's and master's degrees in Mimar Sinan Fine Art Academy in Istanbul. Secil had solo exhibitions in Istanbul, Ankara, New York and participated in countless group exhibitions in Germany, Switzerland, Italy UK, and US. Secil published her first artist book in 2016 and also participated in many symposiums and artist residencies. Her paintings are purchased by private art collections.
