A textured Deep Impasto palette knife painting in oil by an award winning San Francisco Bay artist, featuring a colorful and textured coastal wildflower painting.

This painting was inspired by my trip to the Muir Woods coastal park north of San Francisco. On a mild California morning, I saw a vista of Pacific Coast irises in foreground, gently framing the Pacific ocean. I knew it had to capture the beautiful atmosphere with my knives!
