"None of Us Are Free If One of Us is Chained", is a screenprint inspired by the music of Ray Charles and the artwork of Corita Kent. This print was hand-printed with a squeegee and screen on “academia” paper. All are signed, titled, and editioned. Original source material: the images of hands were created from a photograph and the words were handwritten by the artist. The images are created in special layers in photoshop and exposed to a light sensitive material applied to a screen in a darkroom. The process is very similar to the black and white photographic process. Will ship flat.
