These landscapes reduce and abstract organic objects to geometric-like forms, while maintaining the ability to evoke a sense of atmosphere, time and place. A rectangle becomes a night time window reflecting on the surface of a lake, or a diagonal line becomes the edge of a beautifully landscaped pool deck...and capture the timeless experience of being outdoors.
With my hand painted pieces, each nuance of brushwork, texture and technique is visible on the canvas surface. Our hand painted line is up to par with the art found in modern galleries, but available in custom sizes to perfectly fit any space. *As each piece is custom made, individual paintings may vary slightly.
MATERIALS: This piece is painted on high quality canvas with acrylic paint. Each piece is created on 1.5" thick solid wood stretcher bars with a gallery wrapped edge, so framing is not necessary. Arrives stretched and ready to hang.
