Each piece exhibits the inherent variations in color, texture, and veining that are unique to the natural stone and the hand-finishing process. These variations are to be expected and appreciated, as no two items are identical.
Marble can be honed or polished upon request, with visible pitting and striking color contrasts that highlight the unique beauty and character of each piece.
Due to its porous nature, stone can be prone to nicks, stains, or scratches. To preserve its surface, we recommend avoiding the placement of sharp or heavy objects.
SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Our production timeframe ranges from 1 to 25 business days. The estimated shipping duration is between 7 to 25 business days, depending on the current workload and delivery country.
To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, we kindly ask for your phone number, which will be shared with the courier.
Upon selecting the shipping method, you will receive email notifications regarding your package. Please note that express shipping options are not available for large items such as dining tables. Instead, we exclusively offer complimentary White Glove Delivery service.
Please be advised that returns are not accepted. However, we do facilitate exchanges under the following conditions:
In the event of receiving the product in an incorrect pattern or significantly different from its features.
If the wrong product is delivered.
In case of product damage.

You have the option to select your desired product from our store with tailored measurements or modifications. Additionally, you may request a completely new model to be created according to your specifications. Subsequently, we will provide you with a detailed price quotation.
Upon your confirmation, we will furnish you with 3D renderings of your chosen product. Any adjustments or modifications can be made according to your preferences at this stage.
Following your selection, you will be able to choose the marble slab from our specialized marble atelier, which will be utilized exclusively for your product.
Upon your final approval, we will commence production of your customized item. Once the final version is completed and approved by you, it will be promptly prepared for shipment.
