It's a yes, please to big and bold with this statement making longhorn sculpture. It is the ultimate in space defining art. This Longhorn wall art sculpture is perfect for an entryway or above a fireplace. It is a strong, yet friendly addition to your thoughtfully curated living space.

This large wall sculpture is handmade in rural Pennsylvania with reclaimed metal. The pattern is drawn on the metal with soapstone, cut with a hand-held plasma cutter, hand-shaped and arc welded together.

Each piece will have its own subtle differences; they are cut, hammered, and built by hand. The weathered steel has its own imperfections. No two pieces of metal will wear alike.

A clear finish is applied to the entire piece.

This can be hung with a nail or screw.

Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. If outdoors, you can maintain a shiny look (optional) by applying a clear, metal enamel, available in a spray can at your local hardware store.

using simple tools to make handmade, authentic pieces of art

We are Ben and Kate Gatski, self-taught artists who love using simple tools to make handmade, authentic pieces of art. We live and work on a hilltop in rural Pennsylvania. There, we handcraft sculpture and furniture with reclaimed materials (weathered steel and barn wood) and raise our three children. We established Gatski Metal in 2003.
We see beauty and inspiration in our surrounding landscape, our rural lifestyle, and the reclaimed. And we want to share that with you. Our home and shop sit at the top of a hill, overlooking forest and fields. We often find ourselves creating pieces based on what we see (or can imagine) before us. We believe in bringing you (our customers) pieces that make you happy and that you can enjoy forever. Each Gatski piece is built to last — so it can be a part of your story for a long time to come.
