Spent the past week creating a few murals with the amazing kids of Lexington school in Lexington Alabama, near Florence and Muscle Shoals.
About 100 kids ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade seniors, helped bring this mural to life in the center of their school with elements of their community and school spirit. This is their mural and creation ✨
Just witnessing the immediate impact it had with the kids, teachers and parents was incredible and made me realize that I want to more work like this moving forward. The kids took the reigns on design and elements while were painting and took ownership of the areas they were working on which was great to see.
Support the arts in all schools across the country, it’s more important than you even know.
Thanks again so much for having me out there and I hope you all continue what we started.
