Lantern Pendants, shown in in Maple and brushed brass. The faceted shape is a 12 sided dodecagon, that has been carefully hand planed flush with the custom brass caps and finished in satin lacquer. The lanterns are fully dimmable and work off of wireless RF dimmer/switch. The lanterns feature custom made LED bulbs that produce a spot free warm glow.

Mark Plakotoris, is a young emerging furniture designer based in the Hampden district of Baltimore, Maryland. Mark's business Designed with Purpose, produces unique furnishings expertly crafted from hardwoods and other select materials. All designs undergo rigorous prototyping to ensure striking aesthetics, optimal ergonomics, while maintaining superior quality. Whenever possible Mark employs principles of traditional woodworking that have stood the test of time. By designing with mechanical wood on wood joinery, the pieces will last significantly longer than that of those which rely solely on screws and glue.
