I made this lamp on the pottery wheel out of white stoneware clay and then alter the shape using hand building techniques. The glaze is a light grey lava glaze that I developed myself. It has got a foamy texture with big bubbles where it is applied thickly. The lamp works fantastically on a side board or night table. The lamp is 35 cm high and has got a diameter of 19cm. The lamp base is 21cm high and 16cm wide. It comes without lightbulb (E14 fixture).
