Designed in London on Freya’s handloom; this blanket was woven in Huddersfield, at a mill dating back to 1880. The mill's years of experience, combined with modern developments ensure the highest quality of woven cloth. The double cloth warp creates a reversible blanket that is extra durable, the lambswool fibre ensures easy care and complete biodegradability. Freya created a limited batch of 40 blankets, 10 of each colour-way.

Using recycled, waste and sustainable materials in the production of luxury woven textiles

In a time of mass production Freya weaves products to tackle our throwaway culture and to celebrate handcraft, up-cycling and conscious consumption. Using pattern and contemporary designs, Freya aims to highlight the value of traditional craft and encourage people to focus on buying quality over quantity.
