One of our signature designs, Jasper is meticulously crafted from end grain Southern Yellow Pine. This species of pine is very dense and slow growing with the durability of Maple and a visually brilliant grain structure. With a large round over, these boards have a soft edge and are easy to handle. Each board is finished with food grade oil and polished with our cutting board conditioning wax.
