ABOUT THE PIECE \
"This piece is an exploration of designer fashion labels and how they command such respect / desire / status in the world. Strange, absurd, silly perhaps... but intoxicating and beautiful all the same. Paints and gold leaf have been combined on a luxurious red oak board (not plywood) and encased in resin for that high-end pop art look... perfect to add to your collection! Historically, this figure is supposed to represent Date Masamune, one of the most legendary samurai. If you read about him you'll see that he liked fancy things and black and gold armor... that's why I chose GUCCI for his piece" — JUURI
