Infinite Path. I am attracted to the simplicity and minimalistic nature of circles and what they represent. This 24” x 24” beeswax, resin, and pigment encaustic mounted on birch panel, not wired so you can choose to change the orientation if you wish. Beautiful blue hues, whites, and black with a natural waxed side panel.

Painting with Fire and Beeswax

I am inspired by the unique qualities of beeswax and pigment to create multi-layered works of art.
The organic nature of the medium adds depth and texture to my pieces, while the incorporation of my photography provides a narrative element.
My goal is to capture a sense of place and feeling through the use of color, light, and texture.
I find the encaustic process to be meditative and therapeutic, allowing me to experiment and push boundaries while staying true to my vision.
Through my art, I strive to bring the beauty and fragility of the world to the forefront and encourage viewers to reflect on their own experiences and emotions.
