Multi-Media Fiber Art that Transports and Inspires

I am a multi-media fiber artist from Houston, Texas, who believes art comes in many forms and can engage, inspire, and connect people. My mission is to create art that holds space to escape, reflect, and confront the evolution of life and internal balance.

Since I was a child, I have been a creative person but only began pursuing my art career full time in 2020 after transitioning from my Geology career. I now spend my days creating a new visual vocabulary built on manipulating string, color, and shape with a practice grounded in marrying traditional macrame knotting with contemporary materials and thought.

Since 2020, I have received an Etsy Art Design Award, participated in multiple group exhibitions, worked on brand art collaborations, and received a residency offer with grant awards for February of 2023 in France. I am continually looking for new opportunities for growth and collaboration to enhance my outlook on my work and participate in the creative community around me.
