Tarman is a Los Angeles, California based artist. She has been painting and drawing since childhood. When other kids were outside playing she was inside drawing. As an adult, she owned a successful design firm. Whenever possible she explored cities and galleries around the world to satisfy her passion for different cultures and art. She studied with many painters but two master painters, in particular, had a large impact on her work (Hartley and Wang).

Andrea exhibits throughout Southern California and her works are held in private and corporate collections.
