My goal when designing this dining set, was to embrace the act of gathering. The pandemic has proved nothing is more cherished. Therefore, the table was designed and crafted for side by side seating. The inspiration came from the beautiful pieces created during the mid-century modern era. Clean sleek lines, minimal ornamentation and elegance defined the furniture of this period. I incorporated hand carved splayed legs, exposed seamless joinery, arched front aprons and an elegantly chamfered rounded top.
