Four little sculptures, four little … it’s up to your imagination what it is or what it could be. Set of four sculptures, each measures 9x3x3 inches.
My new work in plaster is based on my recent travels to ancient sites in Greece and Italy. The elegance, flow and surface smoothness of marble sculptures inspired me to create abstract work with similar qualities using layers of sculpted paper covered with marble plaster. Installed on walnut wood base.
Please note: The color or the plaster piece is off-white, but depending on the lighting it develops a beautiful warm glow and shadows, that change with light throughout the day.
