This unique coffee table from the CURVEiture Collection can safely display your treasured art pieces and books under a clear glass top. Two stacks of European beech frames feature unique curved joinery with subtle, double-splined miter joints. They can be positioned in an "H" shape as shown, in an "S" shape or in a double "U" shape. Four thin glass shelves (supplied) can be placed between any pair of frames. The inside of each stack measures 16" x 17". The 1/2” tempered glass top is beveled, has rounded corners and measures 24” x 48”.

European beech is a sustainable hardwood that is widely used in Europe for fine furniture and cabinetry. A durable, water-resistant matte finish made from natural vegetable oils and waxes is earth-friendly and easily maintained.

Unique contemporary coffee tables, console tables, side tables, seating and clocks.

Carol Jackson has been producing contemporary furniture since 2014, after earning a Master of Architecture degree with a focus on furniture design. Concept, form, proportion, balance, contrast and elegance are all considered in the design process. Most designs incorporate anodized aluminum, adding a contemporary contrast to the timelessness of wood. Some of the statement pieces are produced in limited editions of fewer than ten. All designs combine art with function. Drawing on decades of woodworking experience, Jackson crafts each piece of furniture herself, at a pace that allows her to strive for perfection.

Carol Jackson Furniture recently launched a collection of curved furniture – CURVEiture – which features unique curved joinery executed in sustainable European beech. The understated elegance of the award-winning CURVEiture line is perfect in Scandinavian, Japandi and contemporary interiors.

Several designs are inspired by mathematical and scientific principles, reflecting Jackson’s degrees in physics, mathematics, computer science and architecture. These include a Sines and Cosines coffee table, an award-winning Golden Rectangle coffee table, two Fibonacci tables, a Parabolic Curves console table and one that uses binary code to represent English letters.

Most designs can be made to custom sizes by special order. Wood species other than those stated in a product description can be substituted.

Carol Jackson Furniture is endorsed by the American Craft Council.
