-This Tree’s Origin-
This Elm tree grew in the yard of the Gamma Phi Beta house on Hilyard St. in downtown Eugene. After the tree fell during a storm into the Millrace in 2016, Seth and friends at Paraclete Projects climbed into the water to wire tie the giant tree. After fishing it out, the guys were then treated to a buffet-style lunch by the sorority as a token of their gratitude. Now revitalized with our modern mid-century hairpin legs, these kidney-shaped nesting tables work perfectly in any residential or commercial space.
The item pictured is custom built and one-of-a-kind. Your product will vary slightly in color, shape, and inlay placement. No two trees are alike and therefore no two tables will be exactly alike. That is the beauty of a natural product.
