These paintings pose the question of : If the world is coming apart at its edges, what will I create with those pieces? - Organization amidst fractionalization, the viewer is in a world ever deteriorating yet ever created and harmonized. These textural, dimensional paintings are collaged from acrylic paint castings of man made surfaces - symbolic textures that key into our faculty of perception as urbanized beings. The paintings are infused with color chords and an imprint of conscious arrangement of the elements within each composition. The works are lush and dimensional, they leave the rectangle as their edges curl around the canvas frames.

Urban Textural Abstract - Cast Acrylic Paintings

"I am producing 3 dimensional paintings using paint replicas of manmade surfaces. The intuitive compositions utilize structures, colors, and harmonies. Groups of paintings create dialogues between the textural manmade surfaces and color senses, and draw the viewer into a vibrant scape of overlapping planes."
