This is a new line of mural wallpaper from Welcome to the Brightside, The Digs Collection. Digs is short for diggings, both slang for home. The Collection launches October 2nd, 2020, Pasadena Showcase House.
As with all the wallpaper murals from The Digs Collection, each one is named after a famous song. This piece takes inspiration from the music and lyrics from Andra Day’s Rise Up. The piece was created using the Welcome to the Brightside signature illustration style. A mixture of watercolor and hand-drawn re-drawn illustrator vector.
Rise Up has a philosophy to evoke the home with aspiration, either of who you are or who you want to become. It embodies a transformation quest for understanding how we fit into this evolving world and inspires the resiliences to defy all odds to live our best life.
