One-of-a-kind organic air sculptures, wall hangings, furniture and jewelry
Jane Maroni is a multi-medium artist who has lived and traveled all over the world. She and her husband, Chris Nielsen, discovered the Pacific coast of Mexico after moving from Hawaii in 2010, and decided to settle in a small beach town north of Puerto Vallarta, in Riviera Nayarit.
Being a consummate collector, she began collecting driftwood, fishbones, coconuts, seeds and other natural objects she found on the beach during her daily walks. Quite unexpectedly, the objects pointed her to a creative path that resulted in the creation of unique kinetic air sculptures designed to rotate effortlessly on their own with the slightest touch or ocean breeze.
Jane strives to create one-of-a-kind pieces that combine art, engineering and design. Her unique air sculptures, jewelry and furniture embody a raw, primitive and unique style of their own, and each piece represents a deep and personal expression of nature, balance, harmony and peace.
