We take pride in creating each rug by hand. It takes 2 weeks to make and 1 week to ship your rug.

Initial shedding of rugs is normal and will lesson over time. Vacuum regularly with the beater bar raised to the highest setting. If loose ends appear, carefully clip them with scissors – do not pull.
Rotate your rug periodically for even wear. Blot spills immediately with a clean, white cloth – do not rub. Professionally clean only.
