LIRIO Design House is a contemporary furniture studio specializing in small batch production and bespoke handmade furniture
suitable for both designers and private collectors who are looking for a minimal, elegant and modern look.
We believe in having fewer things in your life, just better things.

Along with specializing in solid wood furniture, we are currently developing our new line of HEMPCRETE based furniture and objects.

HEMPCRETE is a light weight, carbon negative material that can act as an eco-friendly alternative to concrete. It is composed of industrial hemp shiv, lime binder and sand, which can be specially tailored for particular applications. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. A list of finishes and colors are available upon request.

These pieces are designed and handcrafted to be heirloom quality while also simultaneously being conscious of the end-of-life cycle that all material objects meet, no matter how far into the future this might be. This furniture can be broken down and disposed of easily with small hand tools and left to decay back into the ground without consequence. It is our first line of furniture and home objects that can be discarded without worry or guilt of polluting the environment or contributing to landfills.
