This is a combination of a vase and a lamp. One side of the U works as a lamp and the other one as a vase. I made this table lamp in my pottery studio in Sant Pere de Ribes, just south of Barcelona. I used white stoneware clay and threw the basic shape on the pottery wheel. Then I modified the shape in order to achieve the tube shape. The glaze is of a light pink color and the vase has been fired to 1240 degrees.
