This 2000m² floor is the biggest ASB Multisports installed so far. The glass floor which is approved by the International Handball Federation is mainly used by the 2nd Handball Bundesliga team HC Elbflorenz. It is also used for different sports by the broader public, for concerts and exhibitions.
The floor has also passed all required tests to be a FIBA approved sports surface (shock absorption, vertical deformation, vertical ball behaviour and sliding properties amongst other things have been tested according to the norms required by the FIBA E&V Centre).
The LED marking lines include: Badminton, Basketball, Handball and Volleyball.
