Sculptures will be shipped in a wooden crate specifically built to accommodate that specific sculpture. The crate is lined with thick styrofoam and wood shaving straw to prevent damage during shipping. The crate will be sealed with screws to ensure safety.

Pink Portuguese marble, 18Hx32Wx8.5D inches
The Portuguese marble used in creating "Awakening" was personally sourced in Europe by Scott while working in the studio in Pietrasanta, Italy. Located on the last foothills of the Apuan Alps, just South of Carrara, Pietrasanta exemplifies the Tuscan lifestyle and is a major center for sculpture and design. This beautiful pink stone was in a collection of stones owned by another sculptor but continually called out to Scott. After a few weeks, Scott approached the other artist and was able to negotiate to acquire this beautiful stone.
As Scott began to work on this piece, the stone emulated a message of inner spiritual growth and awakening that led to the shapes emerging from within to become the beautiful sculpture you see before you today. This sculpture symbolizes a journey of self-awareness or self-awakening that begins when we take the time to look deep within ourselves and our souls.
