Golie Miamee has an extensive educational background in Computer Graphics as well as professional experience as a digital artist and art consultant to the commercial sector. In addition to pursuing her lifelong passion for digital art, Golie has partnered with Julie Ratner of ArtWorx consultants to meet the increasing demand in public art for commercial client throughout the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. Following graduation from Old Dominion University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Graphics, Golie earned her masters degree in Instructional Technology. As a professional fine art photographer, her work has been licensed by US and Canadian publishers and are sold in major big box retailers internationally. Her professional and educational experiences provide the optimal qualifications for an art consultant: Golie has both the fine arts training and the professional skills necessary to optimally serve her clients’ interests.
