Kait De Wolff (Canadian, b. Canada, 1983) is a New Westminster, BC-based artist.
Self-taught, she has been exhibiting as an abstract watercolorist since 2017, with illustrative style prints and greeting cards being sold under the name "Kaitcreative" since 2012. Her current work is inspired by the movement of the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest. She works by layering color, pattern and texture both intuitively and intentionally, capturing sensations as intangible as light filtering through the forest or the reflected colours of shells filtering through the moving sea.
“My work is my emotional reflection on the memory of outdoor moments,” DeWolff has said of her work. “They are deeply connected to my impression of nature.”
